Everything in the app, in the order you'll meet it.
Akorn is one web app. No desktop agent, no sync client fighting your laptop. Open it, and every drive you can see is in the left rail.
Home
A greeting with what changed since yesterday, anything that needs attention, your drives with usage, an activity feed, and the security ledger. Nothing you need is more than one click away.
Drive browser
Folders first, then files with a type tag, version badge, size, date and status. Click to select, double-click to preview. A details panel shows versions, links, and who can access the folder you're in.
Preview
Images, PDFs, text and archives open in place with previous and next through the folder. Lock, rename, move, share or trash from the same overlay.
Share
Add a person by email with view or edit access, or make a link with a password, expiry and download limit. Every link you make appears in the inventory under Workspace.
Move, rename, trash
A folder tree for moving, inline rename that keeps the extension, and a trash that holds things for 30 days with restore. Each is undoable from the toast.
People
Members with their role and drives, guests with exactly what they can see, pending invites, and the share link inventory with revoke-all for public links.
Security and audit
Five checks with the policy controls beside them, active sessions with sign-out, and an audit log with filters and CSV export.
Search
Ctrl K finds files, folders, drives, people, and every action in the app. Type "revoke public links" and press Enter.
