Not just stored. Kept.
Akorn is cloud storage for organizations that expect more than a place to put files. Control access at the folder level, customize share send links, preserve every version, and get a complete audit trail without piecing it together yourself.
14-day free trial on every plan. No card to start. Pricing is in draft.
Three things, done properly.
Most storage products bolt security on at the end. Akorn starts with the lock and builds the drive around it.
Drives with folder-level permissions
A shared drive is its own space with its own members. Share a single folder with an outside guest and they see that folder and nothing else. Not the member list, not the rest of the drive.
Links that expire, files that lock
Every link can carry a password, an expiry and a download limit, and every open link is listed in one place so nothing lingers. Lock a file while you work on it and others can read but not replace it.
Versions and a log you didn't have to build
Uploading over a file keeps the old one. Restoring makes a new version instead of deleting anything. Every upload, share, sign-in and permission change lands in an audit log you can filter and export.
The state of your workspace, on the home screen.
Akorn shows what is shared, with whom, and for how long as a short ledger you see every time you sign in, not buried three settings pages deep.
Folder permissions
Decide who sees each folder. New folders inherit the drive default, and you can narrow any of them to a named list.
Share link policy
Require a password on new links and set a default expiry. Revoke every public link in one click.
Guest access
Outside collaborators see only what is shared with them. Turn guests off entirely for a drive.
Version history
Ninety days by default, a year or forever per drive. Restore never deletes.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, keys rotated automatically.
Audit log
Every action, who did it, from which device. Filter by kind, person or date, export as CSV.
A place for every kind of work.
One drive per client
Give each client a folder, share it with the people who need it, and let the audit log answer "who saw this and when" before anyone asks.
Shared drives without the sprawl
Drives carry their own members and settings, so a new project doesn't mean re-explaining permissions to everyone.
A private drive that stays private
Your personal drive can't be shared, transferred or opened by anyone else. Ever. Move things to a shared drive when you mean to.
